Welcome Bonus
No, the welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account. It applies to the first deposit only. This bonus will not be available on subsequent deposits. However, by playing regularly at qb999, there are opportunities to access various other offers and cashback benefits.
Simply log in to your account for the first time and deposit at least ৳100 — the welcome bonus will be added automatically. No separate code is needed. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 100% bonus of an additional ৳1,000, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.
A bonus is valid for a specific time period, which is stated in the detailed terms of the offer. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus may be cancelled. It is a good idea to start playing soon after receiving a bonus.
Slot games and casino games generally count fully or partially toward wagering requirements. Some games such as table games or live games may contribute only partially. Check the terms and conditions page or ask the support team directly to find out the contribution rate for a specific game.
At qb999, the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to complete ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers. Only then can bonus winnings be withdrawn.

Slot Games
When playing with a limited budget, choose slot games with a low minimum bet that allow for longer play sessions. Games with more paylines spread the risk across a single spin. Trying the game in demo mode first makes budget management easier.
Volatility refers to the pattern of how rewards are distributed in a slot game. High-volatility games pay out less frequently but in larger amounts. Low-volatility games pay out more frequently but in smaller amounts. Choose a volatility level that suits your budget and preference.
RTP (Return to Player) is the long-term average return percentage of a game. For example: a 96% RTP means that over the long run, an average of ৳96 is returned for every ৳100 wagered. However, this is an average figure — results over a short period can be much higher or lower. RTP is a comparative indicator, not a guarantee of winnings.
Many slot games offer a demo or free-play mode. In this mode you can understand the game's features, bonus rounds, and mechanics without spending any real money. The qb999 lobby indicates which games have a demo mode next to the game.
